Who We Are Looking For

We want independent contractors who offer one or more of these:

• Mold inspection and testing
• Residential mold remediation
• Moisture and water damage repair tied to mold

Local knowledge helps. Homes here often have basements, frame construction, and wood or stucco exteriors. Dry air, heavy snow and fast spring melts bring their own moisture issues.

What We Expect

Homeowners are nervous when they call. We ask providers to meet them with patience.

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Explain your process in plain words
• Give written quotes with the scope spelled out
• Look for the cause of moisture, not just the mold
• Make honest claims about your own work
• Answer homeowner requests promptly

We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or hide costs.
