Who We Are
Linesyep Mold Help is a referral service for homeowners in the Denver area. We help you find independent providers for mold inspection, testing and remediation. We are not a mold company. We do not send anyone to your home to do the work.
Why We Exist
Mold is confusing. Think of a car warning light. You know something is wrong, but not what, how serious it is, or who to trust to look. Many homeowners feel the same way when they spot a dark patch on a wall.
So we explain the why first. Mold needs moisture, and finding the moisture is half the job. Know the why, and the rest gets easier.
How Providers Are Matched
You send a request and describe your situation. We pass it to a local provider in our network that serves your area. The provider then contacts you to talk about what you found and what comes next.
You can compare more than one written quote. Nothing about a request locks you in.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain their process in plain words
- Give written quotes that list what is and is not included
- Share their own license and insurance details when you ask
- Treat the cause of the moisture as part of the job
Ask before you hire. A good provider will be glad to answer.
What We Do Not Do
We do not inspect, test or remove mold. We do not set prices. We do not decide what a provider will find at your home. We also cannot make promises about your insurance. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy and talk to your insurer.
Keep a Paper Trail
We also help you stay organized. Photos with dates, short notes about when you first noticed a smell or stain, and copies of every quote all make talks go smoother. Providers can often help document damage for a claim, but your own records are the starting point.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay Linesyep Mold Help for connecting them with homeowners. You do not pay us to send a request. What you pay a provider is a separate matter between you and them, so always get the price in writing.
